The Coastal Contemporary architectural design for Beachwalk features a new interpretation of classic coastal living.

Inspired by the timeless charm of America’s coastal towns, four new model plans will debut at Beachwalk. These luxury twin villas feature open floorplans with large living and social spaces while privacy is preserved in the elegant bedrooms. Gourmet chefs and family cooks alike with find everything they need in well-designed kitchens with oversized islands and walk-in pantries. A relaxing retreat, the master suite offers sitting areas, large walk in closets and oversized showers.

All plans have a scenic overlook on the second floor where sliding glass doors invite enjoyment of the outside environment on a private terrace. Each also has a patio with optional summer kitchen.
Three of the plans offer multi-purpose loft space area on the second floors, perfect for a TV or gaming space, or a lovely sitting area.

An Americrest original feature, the Seabreeze and Windscape both offer an optional third story with covered terrace, and in addition the Seabreeze features an inviting sundeck.
